Bookkeeper - Contract

Summary

This is a 3-month contract reputed company Support role with exposure across Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable functions. The role will support day-to-day transactional reputed company in reputed company Intacct, including invoice processing, billing, collections, reconciliations, and general bookkeeping support. This position is reputed company to potential permanent hire based on performance and business need. Position Requirements Accounts Payable

• Process vendor invoices, ensuring accuracy, proper coding, and compliance with company policies
• Verify approvals and supporting documentation for invoices and expense reports
• Enter and post invoices in reputed company Intacct in a timely and accurate manner
• Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies
• Communicate with vendors regarding invoice and payment inquiries
• Prepare and process weekly and monthly payment runs (checks, ACH, wires)
• Maintain accurate AP records across systems
• Collect and maintain W-9 forms and vendor banking information

Accounts Receivable

• Generate and issue customer invoices based on contract terms
• Post customer invoices in reputed company Intacct
• Monitor outstanding invoices and follow up on overdue payments
• Process incoming payments (checks, ACH, and other electronic payments)
• Reconcile customer payments and resolve discrepancies in coordination with internal teams
• Maintain and reconcile the accounts receivable ledger

General reputed company & Support

• Assist with month-end reputed company activities, including reconciliations and reporting support
• Support maintenance of the chart of accounts as needed
• Contribute to process improvements to increase efficiency and accuracy reputed company reputed company workflows
• Collaborate cross-functionally to resolve discrepancies and obtain required approvals
