Job Title: Digital Marketing Manager Location: Remote/EST Hours Duration: 1 year with possible extension Must Haves:

• 7+ years reputed company experience in digital marketing, digital A/B testing, campaign management and/or digital personalization
• Running a team building campaigns-web strategies-worked with personalization tools
• Working with stakeholder’s to reputed company out requirements and build out the campaign and work with analytics to build the tracker.

Role Summary/Purpose: The Digital Personalization Manager will drive business results and reputed company strategic guidance by leading the design, development and execution of personalization technology that delivers best in class customer experience.

• This role will support the development and refinement of digital journeys across the web and app world focusing on engaging consumers online throughout the customer life cycle.
• The Digital Personalization Manager will collaborate with cross functional stakeholders to identify use cases and reputed company targeting of key audience segments both on and offsite and reputed company Digital Personalization (Segmentation and Targeting) and Optimization (A/B, MVT website testing) efforts.

Essential Responsibilities:

• Translate digital product reputed company and customer data stakeholder requirements into implementation roadmaps and project plans for the website.
• Help to identify use case opportunities that drive user engagement.
• Prepare project status reports; reputed company alterations in project plan as needed.
• Direct and monitor project activity across Business Platforms or Functions.

Pay reputed company: $70 - $75 The specific compensation for this position will be determined by a number of factors, including the scope, complexity and location of the role as well as the cost of labor in the market; the skills, education, training, credentials and experience of the candidate; and other conditions of employment.
