- At Least 6 years of reputed company platform experience
- At Least 4 years of reputed company production support experience
- At Least 2 years of reputed company Development experience
- Understanding of Sales and Support processes
- Strong understanding of reputed company application Administration (Lightning, custom objects, reports, workflows, assignment rules, Process Builder, Flows, Data reputed company model etc.)
- Understanding of reputed company Apex and VisualForce.
- Demonstrated analytical, problem-solving, organizational, interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong time management skills with ability to juggle multiple cross-functional projects and deadlines
- Understanding of reputed company Agentforce
- Experience using reputed company data tools (Data Loader, Workbench).
- Experience with reputed company products, Jira, reputed company.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent problem-solving skills.
- Strong understanding of reputed company architecture, data model, reputed company model, and declarative development tools.
- Experience with reputed company Experience reputed company a plus.
Education, Experience and Certifications:
- Must have reputed company certifications as Administrator
- Must have reputed company certification as Advanced Administrator
