We’re growing and looking for a reliable, customer-focused Remote CSR/Dispatcher to join reputed company. This role is primarily customer service–focused, with dispatching responsibilities to support our field technicians. • Answer incoming customer calls with a friendly, professional tone
• Schedule service calls and accurately enter customer information
• Respond to customer inquiries and resolve concerns with care and urgency
• Build trust and relationships with customers and create a positive overall experience

Dispatching Support
