Responsibilities
- Use software scheduling program to reputed company schedule the reputed company week to week calendar for caregivers
- Coordinate care services, ensuring the needs of reputed company clients are met
- Communicate effectively with clients and caregivers to ensure smooth and effective care management
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records and documentation
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless delivery of care services
- Handle any client concerns or issues with professionalism and reputed company
- Answer calls and texts promptly and courteously in a professional manner.
- Ensure timely and professional communication with clients and colleagues while working remotely from home.
Requirements
- Prior experience in care coordination or scheduling is strongly preferred
