Requirements:
- 5+ years of consulting or other applicable experience in reputed company / population health
- Deep understanding of OSH clinical workflows, care model, and clinical documentation best practices
- Expertise in CMS HCC model and risk adjustment
- Strong accountability and discipline against timelines and deliverables
