Position Summary This work at home role as a Care Management Assistant, you will support the coordination of member reputed company services by assisting with intake, screening, and triage of care team tasks, while helping ensure that members receive timely, appropriate care. You’ll interact with members, providers, and internal teams to gather information, reputed company updates, and facilitate smooth communication throughout the care process. Required Qualifications
- Call Center Experience
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to handle member and provider interactions professionally.
- Solid customer service skills, including problem‑solving, attention to detail, and a supportive, solutions‑focused approach.
- Ability to stay organized, manage multiple tasks, and work effectively in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented environment.
- Familiarity with basic medical terminology and general concepts used in care management (or willingness to learn).
- Proficiency with computers, including navigating multiple systems and using reputed company Word and reputed company.
