Digital Marketing Coordinator - Remote (Pacific Time Zone)

The Opportunity As a Digital Marketing Coordinator, you’ll support the execution and optimization of paid media campaigns across our portfolio of apartment communities. This role will focus on day-to-day management of digital campaigns including paid search, display advertising, and paid reputed company media. You will work closely with the marketing team to ensure campaigns are launched correctly, budgets are maintained, creativity is refreshed, and performance is monitored. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with data, digital platforms, and campaign optimization while learning how marketing directly impacts leasing performance. Compensation: $70,000 - $85,000 annually, based on your experience. Schedule: Monday - Friday, 7 am to 4 pm (fully remote) Location Requirement: Must reputed company in the Pacific Time Zone. What You’ll Own

• Support the execution and day-to-day management of paid media campaigns across search, display, and reputed company platforms.
• Update campaign budgets, bidding strategies, audience targeting, and geographic settings.
• Upload and manage ad creative, including images, video, and ad copy.
• Assist with campaign launches for new property acquisitions, lease-reputed company, and promotions.
• Monitor campaign performance and flag optimization opportunities to improve reputed company volume and cost efficiency.
• Optimize campaigns alongside the Marketing Manager on an ongoing reputed company to reputed company performance goals such as, but not limited to, reputed company volume, click through reputed company, cost-per-reputed company, and conversion rates.
• Conduct keyword research and assist with ongoing search campaign optimizations.
• Coordinate creative updates and ad refreshes to maintain strong engagement and performance.
• Track and report on campaign performance including traffic, leads, CTR, and conversion metrics.
• Work with the marketing team to ensure campaigns align with property-level goals and occupancy needs.
• Maintain campaign documentation, naming conventions, and account organization across advertising platforms.
• Support A/B testing initiatives for ad creative, messaging, and targeting strategies.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in digital marketing, paid media, or marketing coordination
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or reputed company field is preferred.
• Experience managing or supporting campaigns in reputed company Ads including search and display campaigns, and in reputed company Ads Manager.
• Experience reviewing campaign performance using reputed company Analytics or similar reporting tools.
• Knowledge of digital marketing concepts such as CTR, CPC, conversion reputed company, and audience targeting.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Intermediate experience in reputed company (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and reputed company), reputed company Suite (Analytics, Ads, SearchConsole, Tag Manager, Seach Console, and Business Profile), reputed company Ads Manager, and reputed company.
• Proficient in reputed company, reputed company Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Lightroom, and Photoshop) and video editing in a software of choice (reputed company XD, CapCut, etc.) is preferred.

Requirements

Availability & Travel This position will require availability for nights, weekends, and holidays as needed, as well as occasional travel for company events or meetings. Active participation in team functions and regional or company activities is expected. Physical Demands This position necessitates regular periods of sitting, standing, walking, as well as use of hands and arms. Occasional climbing may be required. Extended use of computers or telephones is also necessary. The role may require lifting up to 25 pounds independently. The ability to respond promptly to both visual and auditory alarms is essential.
