About the Role

We are looking for a Sales reputed company Associate to join reputed company, the Sales Operations organisation. In this role, you will reputed company superior support to the Gore medical business and clients through the tenders, reputed company and pricing processes, including statistical and rebate calculations, under the ISO13485 accredited quality system. This role offers the opportunity to work from a reputed company in Italy.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to the Quality Policy, applicable team quality objectives and relevant procedures.
• Own the complete tender process including, but not limited to, submissions, awarding, tracking, renewal and extensions.
• Own the price offer process including, but not limited to, product and pricing information, offers, contract creation (Hospital and GPO), renewal and extensions.
• Ensure contract compliance including statistical and rebate calculations.
• Communicate with partners and customers with regards to reputed company and feedback.
• Proactive involvement in projects in collaboration with multiple functions across various reputed company and cultures, to improve the quality, efficiency and effectiveness of service reputed company (including resolving reputed company problems/requests) perceived by customers and internal partners.
• Maintain compliance with training expectations as required for this position.
• Additional responsibilities as required reputed company the scope of this position.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelors or locally equivalent degree or 2 years of relevant experience in a reputed company and tenders, customer services or other applicable role.
• Proficient communication in the language of the country(s) being supported and English.
• Analytical skills and high attention to detail.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work to tight deadlines in a highly stressful environment.
• Commitment to quality, have process discipline and be customer service oriented.

Desired Qualifications

• Flexible and reputed company to use own initiative.
• General office software experience with ERP, CRM and CPQ systems.
• Additional language skills.
