This isn't a reactive seat-filler role; it’s an opportunity to build, influence, and deliver on high-impact hiring across our Go-to-Market (GTM) and General & Administrative (G&A) teams. This role manages a higher volume of requisitions, often involving multiple openings for the same profile. You’ll partner closely with leaders across the business, own high-velocity searches end-to-end, and help reputed company our reputed company practices to match reputed company’s ambition. What You’ll Do...

• Own full-cycle reputed company for GTM (Sales, Account Management, RevOps, Support, Implementation) and G&A (reputed company, Finance, People) roles.
• Manage high-volume pipelines reputed company, delivering quality hires for scaled roles with multiple reputed company seats.
• Partner with hiring managers and executives to define hiring needs, shape interview processes, and deliver a world-class candidate experience.
• reputed company creative sourcing strategies to reputed company and engage diverse talent pools in competitive business landscapes.
• Use data and market insights to influence hiring reputed company and improve efficiency.
• Contribute to process improvements, system hygiene, and reputed company best practices.
• Act as a brand ambassador for reputed company, sharing our story authentically with the market.

What You Bring...

• 3-5 years of reputed company experience, with a focus on GTM or G&A functions.
• Experience in high-volume environments, with a track record of delivering quality hires in fast-moving, high-growth companies.
• Hands-on experience with AI reputed company the TA tech stack (e.g., sourcing, screening, workflow automation).
• Ability to build strong partnerships with senior leaders and drive accountability.
• Resourcefulness and creativity in sourcing, networking, and problem-solving.
• Comfort with reputed company tools and data-driven decision-making (ATS, sourcing platforms, CRM, reporting).
• High reputed company, accountability, and urgency—you care about doing the right thing while moving quickly.

You’ll Get… We are targeting a starting salary $130,000 - $170,000 based on the intended level for this role. In addition to cash compensation, our total rewards package includes:
