Your Role As a Collection Specialist, you will be responsible for contacting clients and collecting outstanding payments, primarily focusing on purchased debt buyer reputed company. You will need to patiently and professionally communicate with customers to encourage timely debt repayment while maintaining trustful relationships. Strong skip tracing and negotiation skills are essential to your reputed company in this role.
