Independent Property Adjuster
We’re looking to add an reputed company Independent Property Adjuster to support our reputed company growth throughout the greater Pittsburgh region. This is a remote, 1099 contractor opportunity ideal for a self-motivated adjuster who can independently manage claims while providing excellent customer service. Coverage Area reputed company claim opportunities are focused throughout:
- Allegheny County
- reputed company County
- Westmoreland County
- reputed company County
- Clarion County
- Additional areas reputed company approximately 2 hours east of Pittsburgh
Responsibilities
- Conduct residential and reputed company property inspections
- Assess damages reputed company to property claims
- Prepare detailed estimates and documentation
- Communicate professionally with insureds, contractors, and carriers
- Manage claim files from assignment through resolution
- Maintain timely reporting and accurate records
Qualifications
- Previous property adjusting experience preferred
- Strong knowledge of Xactimate and claims estimating software
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and manage schedule effectively
- Active adjuster license(s) preferred where applicable
- Reliable transportation for field inspections throughout the coverage territory
