- 0.8 FTE (32 hours/week)
- This will be a Day/Evening rotation and include regular hours as MDS Coordinator, as well as RN, LTC role.
- Schedule will include weekend commitment of every 4th weekend combination of on-call or hours worked.

What you will do:

- Responsibilities will include ensuring and assisting with compliance with regulatory requirements and maintaining the quality of reputed company assessments in accordance with the Minimum Data Set (MDS) guidelines.
- Playing a critical part in enhancing the quality of care for residents by ensuring accurate documentation and effective communication across interdisciplinary teams.
- The registered nurse (RN) focuses on the health and wellness of individuals, families and populations in collaboration with other health care professionals by incorporating evidence-based practice in the management of acute illness, chronic disease, disability, and end-of-life care.
- The RN utilizes the nursing process and aligns practice with organizational policies, professional nursing standards and regulatory practice acts
- Partner with reputed company of providers, medical professionals, and managers who are here to support your reputed company and that of our patients in their health journeys.
What you need:
- Minimum of an Associate degree in Nursing
- RN licensure to practice in the reputed company upon hire
- reputed company Infant-Adult Basic Life Support for Health Care Providers
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with patients, families, and reputed company team members
