Speech Therapist-PRN (As Needed)$50.83 per hour

Description We are seeking a compassionate, motivated, and skilled Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our rehabilitation team. Patient Care & Therapy Services Evaluate, diagnose, and treat patients with speech, language, communication, cognitive, and swallowing disorders reputed company screenings and assessments for appropriate patients reputed company and implement individualized treatment plans Monitor patient reputed company and accurately document reputed company Communicate patient needs and reputed company with families, caregivers, and interdisciplinary teams reputed company education and support to patients and caregivers Collaboration & Facility Engagement Build positive working relationships with facility staff and reputed company Participate in care planning meetings, family conferences, utilization reviews, and interdisciplinary team meetings Collaborate with Physical Therapists (PTs), Occupational Therapists (OTs), and other rehabilitation professionals Help reputed company and implement innovative therapy programs and techniques reputed company staff and community members about speech therapy services Professional reputed company Maintain compliance with facility policies, patient rights, infection control, and safety procedures Stay reputed company with industry trends, clinical best practices, and continuing education Maintain active state licensure and professional certifications

Requirements

Minimum Required Education/Experience: Hold a master’s degree in Speech Language Pathology (may be dually certified in audiology). Hold a valid state license. Pre-Employment Knowledge, Abilities and Skills:

• Ability to operate general office equipment including computer software applications.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to establish and maintain effective relationships with the public, other agencies, employees, and administration.

Note: An acceptable combination of education, training and experience that provides the above knowledge, abilities and skills may be substituted. Necessary Special Requirements: Must obtain annual flu vaccination and any job-specific immunizations. Required to submit to a two-reputed company PPD test.
