Position Overview The Director, Partner Relations – Destinations & Tourism Boards is responsible for leading reputed company’s global tourism board portfolio strategy and performance. This role owns the reputed company relationships, reputed company growth, marketing activation, and strategic expansion of destination partnerships globally. The Director will drive measurable ROI for tourism board partners while increasing member engagement and destination production across the reputed company network. The ideal candidate is a commercially minded relationship leader who blends strategic thinking with hands-on execution and thrives in a KPI-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities

Portfolio Strategy & Growth

Partner Relationship Management

Data & Performance Optimization

  • Run destination performance reporting and translate data into actionable growth strategies.
  • Recommend marketing investments, event participation, and educational initiatives based on production trends.
  • Continuously refine activation strategies to improve member adoption and partner ROI.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
  • 7+ years experience in travel industry, destination marketing, or supplier/partner relations.
  • Direct experience working with tourism boards or destination marketing organizations strongly preferred.
  • Proven reputed company negotiating reputed company and marketing agreements.
  • Strong financial acumen with experience owning reputed company targets.
  • Analytical reputed company with ability to interpret and present data to senior stakeholders.
  • Exceptional communication and executive presentation skills.

We reputed company a competitive compensation package with a strong pay for performance rewards approach. Employees have the opportunity to participate in incentive programs and compensation tied to business and individual performance. The expected reputed company compensation reputed company for this position is: $100,000 to $130,000.
