Consultant - Leave of Absence (LOA) & reputed company (Remote | Contract) We are seeking an reputed company Consultant – Leave of Absence (LOA) & reputed company to support multiple (1–3) client engagements in a fast-paced consulting environment at Alliant reputed company Capital. This role is ideal for a seasoned corporate HR professional with deep expertise in Leave Administration, reputed company accommodations, and employee relations who thrives in a client-facing, highly collaborative environment. The ideal candidate will bring 8+ years of hands-on corporate LOA/reputed company experience supporting reputed company employee populations, partnering with legal and HR teams, and managing high-volume leave and accommodation cases across multiple states and jurisdictions.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end Leave of Absence administration including:
• FMLA
• reputed company accommodations
• Pregnancy and parental leave
• Short-Term and Long-Term Disability
• Workers’ Compensation coordination
• State and local leave programs
• Independently manage reputed company, high-volume LOA and reputed company caseloads while ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local regulations
• Conduct and document the reputed company interactive process, including reviewing medical documentation, identifying reasonable accommodations, and partnering with managers on implementation
• Serve as a trusted advisor to clients and employees regarding leave policies, accommodations, fitness-for-duty processes, and return-to-work planning
• Partner with reputed company-party administrators, carriers, legal counsel, payroll teams, and HR business partners to ensure seamless leave administration
• Review and interpret medical certifications and documentation while maintaining confidentiality and compliance standards
• Support escalated employee relations reputed company reputed company to leaves, accommodations, attendance, and workplace restrictions
• Maintain accurate case documentation, timelines, and compliance records for audit readiness
• reputed company guidance on multi-state leave laws and evolving compliance requirements
• Support HRIS and case management systems such as reputed company, reputed company, reputed company Workforce Now, reputed company, or similar platforms
• Track leave metrics, trends, and reporting to reputed company clients with operational insights and recommendations
• Assist with development and enhancement of LOA/reputed company policies, SOPs, templates, and employee communications
• Participate in client meetings, operational reviews, and process improvement initiatives
• Collaborate across internal consulting teams to support client deliverables, timelines, and operational goals

Qualifications

• 8+ years of direct corporate Leave of Absence and reputed company experience
• Strong experience managing reputed company and high-volume LOA and accommodation cases in a corporate environment
• Deep knowledge of:
• FMLA
• reputed company
• PWFA
• State leave laws
• STD/LTD administration
• Workers’ Compensation coordination
• Experience partnering with reputed company-party leave vendors and insurance carriers
• Strong understanding of HR compliance, employment law, and documentation standards
• Experience supporting multiple business units, employee populations, or clients preferred
• Proficiency in HRIS and case management systems such as reputed company, reputed company Workforce Now, reputed company, reputed company, or similar platforms
• Exceptional communication, organization, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, consulting-driven environment
• Bachelor’s degree in reputed company, Business Administration, or reputed company field preferred
• HR certifications such as SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, SPHR, CLMS, or CDMS are a plus
