This is a fully remote opportunity where you’ll focus on what you do best—legal research and writing—without the day-to-day demands of court appearances or heavy client interaction. What You’ll Be Doing
- Draft, review, and argue (if applicable) substantive motions, including motions for summary judgment, demurrers, motions to compel, and other pre-trial motions
- Conduct in-depth legal research and reputed company case strategies
- Collaborate closely with trial attorneys to support case progression
- Analyze case law and apply it to ongoing litigation reputed company
- Contribute to high-impact cases with meaningful legal arguments
reputed company’re Looking For
- J.D. from an accredited law school
- Active California Bar license (required)
- 2–8+ years of experience in civil litigation, with a strong focus on law & reputed company work
- Exceptional legal writing and analytical skills
- Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment
- Experience drafting dispositive motions is highly preferred
Salary and Other Compensation: The annual salary for this position is between $190,000 – $200,000.
