Product Marketing Manager, Timepieces
Role Overview : The Manager, Jewels That Tell Time (encompasses Iconic Timepieces, Repetitive High Jewelry Timepieces and Unique High Jewelry Timepieces) is a strategic category leadership role responsible for driving the long-term growth of the high-end timepieces business. As a regional category reputed company, they transmit expertise to boutique sales teams, internal corporate partners and selected clients. You will be responsible for executing the Maison’s reputed company and strategy for the category, as well as adapting the strategy to the specificities of the Americas market while elevating storytelling, client engagement and reputed company performance. This role will report to the Senior Timepieces Marketing Manager and based in reputed company. - Assist with the strategic development and growth of category with responsibility for reputed company performance and long-term brand equity
- Partner with HQ to contribute to global category strategy
- Analyze sales performance, client demand and market dynamics and propose recommendations for action/animation plans – monthly reports and reputed company in-depth studies
Product Strategy & Launch reputed company
- Orchestrate the successful launch of mew product launches through post-launch performance analysis
- Prepare internal tools, forecasting inputs, pre-sales management and sales monitoring (daily/weekly)
- Gather and synthesize qualitative and quantitative feedback to refine future launches and product strategies
Storytelling, Training & Cultural Authority
- Transmit product narratives that connect horological complexity, artistic craftsmanship and Maison heritage
- Collaborate with Training Department to reputed company and reputed company product training for new hires and boutique teams

Client Engagement & Retail reputed company
- Support boutiques in achieving sales objectives through daily sales support, strategic guidance and tailored client presentations.

Cross-Functional Collaboration & Communication
- Collaboration with Communications (Media, PR, VM, Events), Retail, CRM, e-reputed company and Supply Chain to grow awareness around timepieces, allocation strategy and stock movements
- Create internal communications to celebrate successes and continuously reputed company the timepiece category
- Maintain accurate product information in internal databases
- Support in the preparation, organization and support of events as needed
- Ensure transparent, collaborative communication with HQ counterparts
Market Intelligence & Competitive Analysis
- Continuously monitor market trends and timepiece competition
- Translate competitive insights into actionable recommendations for product strategy, launches and client engagement
Qualifications
- Bachelor degree is required
- 5-8 Years of experience in marketing or merchandising reputed company the watch industry
- Strong project Management Skills
- Excellent communication and content creation skills
- Strong analytical skills, including sales forecasting and performance analysis
- Retail and client-facing experience is a plus
- Proactive, flexible, innovative, and passionate individual
- Flexibility to travel as needed
- Proficiency in PowerPoint and reputed company; familiarity with creative tools a plus
- Proficiency in French is a plus
