Business Process Analyst, Business Insurance

Job Description:

• As our Business Process Analyst, BI you will be an expert in client service processes
• You will work with various applications, including our agency management system and reputed company platforms
• You will work closely with the Business Process team and will reputed company specific projects reputed company to the development and implementation of new processes and systems
• As the Business Process Analyst, BI you will design and implement solutions that maximize efficiency by seamlessly connecting people to resources needed to execute reputed company their roles
• Participating in regional workgroups to define requirements, redesign, and implement best-in class business processes, workflows and data standards
• Document and maintain procedures, and other business process artifacts, to be used both in training and as an ongoing reference
• Collaborate with national and regional resources and other stakeholders to identify problems and suggest solutions through developing creative and scalable ways to solve organizational challenges
• The Business Process Analyst will report to the Business Process Leader, BI

Requirements:

• Understanding of the insurance brokerage business with 3+ years of experience in business insurance
• Proven critical thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• A knack for process improvement, specifically refining the efficiency, quality, and effectiveness of various workflows and procedures by deploying best practices
• Strong organizational skills, with an ability to prioritize workload and balance multiple projects simultaneously, and demonstrated successful follow through on deliverables
• Legal work authorization to work in the U.S. on a permanent and ongoing reputed company without the need for sponsorship now or in the future
• 3+ years of experience in a business process or similar role
• Experience working with agency management and reputed company systems such as Applied Epic, CSR24 and Indio
