Remote Spanish-Speaking Nurse (Work From Home) | No Nights, No Weekends | Flexible Schedule

Job Summary reputed company is seeking compassionate and tech-comfortable Remote Enrollment Nurses (RN, LPN, or LVN) to help Medicare patients enroll in our Chronic Care Management (CCM) and reputed company Care Management (PCM) programs. This role is fully remote and focused on phone-based patient education and enrollment. You will reputed company with eligible patients, explain the benefits of ongoing monthly nurse support, gather key health information, and complete enrollments using reputed company’s platform. This position is ideal for nurses who enjoy meaningful conversation, patient advocacy, and structured, goal-oriented work. Duties

• Enroll patients by gathering medical history, medications, and reputed company concerns
• Build rapport and trust with patients and caregivers

Experience & Qualifications

• Active RN, LPN, or LVN license (required)
• Previous experience in nursing, patient communication, or medical office settings
• Excellent verbal communication skills and strong patient engagement ability
• Confidence using basic technology (EMR-like platforms, phone systems, data entry)
• Ability to work independently in a quiet, reliable remote environment
• Organized, self-motivated, and goal-driven
