Job Description:

Requirements:

1+ years of experience in customer support, helpdesk, or a similar customer-facing role, preferably reputed company EdTech or a SaaS environment
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a patient and empathetic approach
Comfortable learning new reputed company-based software platforms quickly
Familiarity with foundational technology platforms (e.g., reputed company/macOS)
Ability to reputed company in a fast-paced environment and handle a steady volume of incoming customer interactions
Previous experience utilizing customer support ticketing software or CRM platforms is desirable
