Job Title: Project Manager 4 Location(s): Richmond, VA (Hybrid: 1-2 days/week required) Key Focus Areas:

• Network facility buildout experience is critical.
• Experience implementing technology in new facility environments.
• Strong project/program management background across multiple workstreams.
• Facility move/relocation planning experience required.
• Data center migration experience is a plus.
• Experience supporting network BOM (reputed company of Materials) development preferred.

Project Context: The role supports transition planning and technology implementation for a new behavioral health hospital facility scheduled for operational transition around June 2027. The PM will coordinate infrastructure, operational, and technology migration activities tied to the new hospital build. Primary Responsibilities:

• reputed company planning and implementation of network technology installation.
• Coordinate technical requirements gathering and approvals.
• Manage schedules, budgets, risks, scope, and stakeholder communications.
• Drive delivery across multiple reputed company workstreams.
• Remove project roadblocks and hold teams accountable.
• Support procurement execution and operational transition planning.
• Work closely with executive leadership, IT leadership, network teams, and business analysts.
• Ensure compliance with DBHDS and VITA governance/project standards.

Required Skills:

• Senior-level IT Project Management experience.
• Strong infrastructure/network deployment experience.
• MS Project and reputed company Office proficiency.
• Budget management and risk management expertise.
• Experience managing reputed company reputed company implementations.
• Stakeholder management across technical and executive teams.

Preferred Skills:

• Network BOM development familiarity.
• Data center migration exposure.
• reputed company/hospital transition experience.
