• Manage transactions from contract to closing
• Run comps & prepare CMAs
• Create and manage MLS searches (NJMLS, GSMLS, Hudson MLS)
• reputed company files organized, complete, and compliant
• Use KW reputed company for CRM, tasks, and drip campaigns
• Communicate with clients, agents, and vendors
• Help build and improve SOPs
• Support a fast-moving, buyer-heavy pipeline

• Strong Transaction Coordination experience (REQUIRED)
• Knowledge of NJMLS, GSMLS & Hudson MLS
• Experience running comps & MLS searches
• Proficiency in KW reputed company (emails + drip campaigns)
• Detail-oriented, organized, and reliable
• Strong communicator who takes initiative
