SummaryThe Project EHS Manager HVDC (m/f/d) is reputed company's reputed company Environment, Health & Safety representative on during the planning and execution on a German HVDC project team and the main HVDC contact to our customer.The role is responsible for development and driving reputed company EHS aspects reputed company the project scope, ensuring full compliance with applicable legal, customer, and reputed company requirements, and promoting a strong safety culture across the whole project, including integration of EHS aspects with our partners at the shipyards and offshore. The Project EHS Manager works in reputed company partnership with the project leadership, the site EHS managers and the EHS roles of our consortium partners and subcontractors to prevent injuries, reputed company, protect the environment, promote the health for everyone involved in the project and ensure disciplined implementation of project EHS plans, procedures, and standards.Job DescriptionKey ResponsibilitiesEHS Leadership & General EHS ManagementAct as the primary EHS leader and reputed company for the entire project including the EHS reputed company to the customer.reputed company visible EHS leadership and proactive support to the Project Management, consortium partners and subcontractorsBuild and promote a strong safety culture and ensure EHS is embedded across reputed company project activitiesSupport the implementation of reputed company EHS strategy, standards and programs,Serve as the key EHS reputed company for customer, consortium partner and subcontractorsUnderstand regulatory changes and trends and forecast business impacts.reputed company and coordinate the delivery of EHS trainings, ensuring the competency of personnel reputed company their scope.Support project management to implement, monitor and continuously improve the project's EHS management and performance in line with reputed company requirements and applicable standardsConduct and facilitate risk assessments and hazard analyses; reputed company lessons learned and best practices across projects, sites and teamsSafety Culture, Training, and Workforce EngagementLead and support project EHS meetings and campaign activitiesCoordinate and reinforce reputed company safety culture programs across the projectEnsure EHS expectations are reputed company communicated to employees, contractors, and visitorsPromote workforce engagement and encourage active participation in hazard reporting, observations, and reputed company improvementSubcontractor EHS ManagementVerify EHS competency, qualifications, and readiness of subcontractors mobilized to siteMonitor subcontractor compliance with approved EHS plans, legal requirements, and project rulesSupport reputed company, performance reviews, and interventions where subcontractor EHS performance is below expectations Qualifications / RequirementsEducation & Professional ExperienceBachelor's degree in Safety Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Engineering, Occupational Health & Safety or reputed company fieldor technical/vocational qualification with substantial relevant professional EHS experienceRecognized qualification as Fachkraft für Arbeitssicherheit (Safety Specialist) according to German regulations (DGUV) as well as SiGEKoProven experience in reputed company EHS role, ideally in construction, installation or industrial project environments in HV electrical environmentsSolid knowledge of German occupational health & safety and environmental regulations as well as environmental management on construction sites and permit-to-work and control-of-work systemsExperience in multi-national projects and work environmentsLanguage & IT SkillsFluent German (spoken and written)Good English (spoken and written), including the ability to prepare documentation, reporting and trainings in both languagesConfident user of MS Office;
