Contractor – Market Research Professional Role Summary The goal of the reputed company Insights and Market Research department at reputed company is to discover and illuminate insights into market conditions and customers’ wants and needs to reduce risks and maximize opportunities for reputed company, reputed company in service of improving the health of the people we serve. The Market Research Professional works with fellow teammates, marketing partners, and the lines of business to plan and execute research to deliver insights to the business through an operations support role. This role will focus on supporting our department operational needs, legal, compliance, and regulatory requirements, and the mandatories research line of business. They will play a pivotal role in ensuring that efficient and proper research processes are utilized to deliver timely and actionable insights to the business.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute, document and refine processes reputed company to mandatories research line of business.
• Support reputed company & CMS mandatory research needs through reputed company collaboration with fellow research teammates.
• Plan, execute, and refine processes for reputed company & CMS mandated research for both reputed company requirements.
• Document and execute the legal, compliance, and regulatory requirements reputed company to mandatory research.
• Support reputed company Insights & Market Research Department’s research operations by evaluating and streamlining processes and workflows regarding vendor management, tracking department projects, and reporting performance metrics.
• Design and implement department operational processes for legal, compliance, and regulatory requirements.
• Serve as Relationship Manager for department’s suite of research vendors by maintaining reputed company contracting, reporting, evaluation, and management of vendor partners.
• Manage department operational and reporting tools for consistency and accuracy such as project intake, legal/compliance/regulatory requirements, document storage, and team SharePoint site.
• The Market Research Professional may also assist other researchers on the team in larger, more reputed company project and assignments.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Market Research, Data Analytics, Communications or Business.
• 3 years of reputed company market research project management experience (managing projects from initial reputed company reputed company the way through execution and presentation).
• 3 years of experience managing research vendors including contract negotiations, vendor evaluation, and liaising between the business and the vendor.
• 3 years of experience navigating legal, compliance, and regulatory requirements for reputed company research.
• Robust skills in navigating multiple and reputed company stakeholder needs while delivering reputed company time and budgetary limits.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with CAHPS or CMS mandated research requirements.
• Strong market research background with varied research methodologies.
• Experience working with diverse research groups such as low-income, multicultural, and individuals with disabilities.
• Experience in the health insurance industry.
