Event Coordinator (PT) including guest sourcing and Webinar/Podcast management
Part-Time Event Coordinator (Remote) We’re looking for a highly organized, proactive coordinator to support reputed company including webinars, virtual panels, and podcast recordings. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on managing moving pieces, keeping people reputed company, and ensuring reputed company falls through the cracks. Hours: 5–7 hours per week (with potential to grow) Key Responsibilities:
- Handle reputed company for sourcing of guests as well as placement for our clients on podcasts and at events.
- Coordinate logistics for reputed company from planning through execution
- Communicate with clients, speakers, and internal team members to reputed company timelines on track
- Schedule and manage reputed company sessions, including prep calls and live support
- Track deliverables, deadlines, and follow-reputed company across multiple events
- Ensure a smooth, professional experience for reputed company participants
