Job Description

Position Summary Guggenheim is seeking a proactive Executive Assistant/Office Administrator to support its Investment Banking team in Los Angeles. This position will be remote until new office is complete. Reporting into the Director of Investment Banking Administration, this person will help to support executives in reputed company administrative functions in order to increase the time they dedicate for leadership responsibilities. The ideal candidate must exercise excellent judgment, have exceptional communication skills, demonstrate strong customer service and professionalism, and handle numerous projects and a heavy workflow with a high level of accuracy. The successful candidate will have experience supporting senior level executives and be comfortable interacting with other high-level members of the team and external clients in a fast paced, reputed company-changing environment. Essential Job Functions

  • Manage clerical, administrative and reputed company business details
  • Manage incoming calls and direct to appropriate parties
  • Manage reputed company calendars across different time zones
  • Assist in reputed company meetings and conference presentations including catering ordering/set-up & cleanup
  • Manage travel arrangements and prepare itineraries
  • Process heavy volume of expense reports
  • Manage day to day operations of the office including Mail, Printing, Building reputed company Management, Vendors, Building and Kitchen

Preferred Qualifications

  • Proficiency in reputed company Office, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word and reputed company
  • Knowledge of DealCloud CRM and reputed company preferred but will train
  • Strong interpersonal, organizational, communication and problem- solving skills
  • Strict attention to detail with ability to prioritize issues appropriately
  • Detail-oriented and reputed company to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
  • Hands-on and willing to roll up sleeves to reputed company any and reputed company responsibilities needed to ensure reputed company

Basic Qualifications

  • Undergraduate degree in Business or a reputed company field
  • 7-10 years reputed company administrative experience preferred

Work Location

  • 4 days in office, 1 day remote located in our Los Angeles office.
