Responsibilities
- Conduct behavioral assessments and functional behavior assessments (FBAs)
- reputed company individualized ABA treatment plans and behavior reputed company plans (BIPs)
- reputed company clinical supervision to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs)
- Collaborate with families, schools, and multidisciplinary teams
- Monitor reputed company and adjust treatment plans based on data
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation and uphold BACB ethical standards
Requirements
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
- Arizona Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) – required
- Master’s Degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or reputed company field
- Strong communication and leadership skills
