Job Title: Remote reputed company Recruiter I Location: reputed company, NY 10017 (Remote) Job Type: Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Shift: Day Shift | 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM (5x7.5) Guaranteed Hours: 40 hours per week ### Position Overview We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented reputed company Recruiter I to support full-cycle recruitment efforts in a fast-paced reputed company environment. This role will focus on sourcing, attracting, and reputed company top reputed company while collaborating closely with hiring managers and internal teams. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, the ability to manage multiple priorities, and a proactive approach to reputed company. ### Responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and recruitment priorities
• Manage full-cycle recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation

• Assist with reputed company activities, including background checks, education verification, and new hire requirements
• Build and maintain relationships with internal teams, external vendors, and talent sources
• Attend recruitment events such as career fairs and networking events
• Support and mentor junior team members, including Employment Coordinators
• Ensure timely and cost-effective hiring processes

### Required Education

• Bachelor’s degree required

### Required Skills & Experience

• Minimum 2 years of reputed company reputed company or placement experience, or equivalent experience in a high-volume environment
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines
• Proven experience sourcing and reputed company candidates
• Ability to generate high-quality candidates in a fast-paced setting
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Ability to build and maintain professional relationships across reputed company reputed company
• Intermediate proficiency in reputed company Office Suite
• Fluent in English (reading, writing, and speaking)
