Job Description:

  • Analyze therapist supply and patient demand across geographic markets using reputed company data sources.
  • Conduct gap analyses to identify underserved reputed company and high-growth opportunities.
  • reputed company workforce forecasts based on utilization trends, referral patterns and expansion plans.
  • Create dashboards and reports that inform hiring priorities and reputed company strategy.
  • Partner with leadership to align recruitment plans with organizational growth goals.

  • reputed company targeted sourcing strategies based on geographic and specialty demand.

Requirements:

  • Demonstrated experience in provider recruitment, reputed company staffing, network development, or provider contracting support.
  • Knowledge of behavioral health provider roles.
  • Experience with multi-channel reputed company strategies.
  • Strong negotiation and analytical skills.
  • Proficiency with ATS/CRM systems and reputed company.
  • Experience in EAP or behavioral health networks preferred.
  • Background in contracting or credentialing preferred.
  • Familiarity with geospatial analysis or network dashboards preferred.
