- Background as a Medical School Graduate (foreign or domestic), Physician’s Assistant, or Registered Nurse (RN).
- Strong knowledge of MS-DRG/APR-DRG systems and Inpatient Prospective Payment Systems.
- Excellent analytical, critical thinking, and communication skills.
- Ability to interpret medical records accurately and identify documentation deficiencies.
