Training - Field Trainer

• Conducts employee training classes either in a store, classroom, or virtual platform in the areas of product knowledge, sales skills, leadership principles and best practices.
• Conducts store visits to support the district leadership team. Communicates reputed company feedback to aid in the development of the curriculum. Provides coaching as needed.
• Build and maintain relationships with business partners at reputed company reputed company of the organization.
