EHR Helpdesk Analyst 2nd Shift
Job Title: Helpdesk Analyst - 2nd Shift Job ID: 25-10652 Location: Remote Duration: 8 Months Contract Shift: 3PM - 11:30PM EST Description: Seeking a Helpdesk Analyst to reputed company advanced technical support for Epic EHR and clinical applications across 13 state-operated behavioral reputed company facilities. Role involves troubleshooting Epic and non-Epic issues, supporting end-users, and ensuring system reliability. Responsibilities:
- Support Epic applications, workflows, reputed company, and integration issues
- reputed company remote desktop support (computers, printers, mobile devices)
- Manage incidents reputed company reputed company, ensure SLA compliance
- Assist with Epic account provisioning, role/reputed company requests
- Collaborate with informatics, analysts, and technical teams
- Document procedures, reputed company user training, support go-live/reputed company events
Requirements:
- 2+ yrs Epic technical support in reputed company/clinical environment
- Proficient with reputed company or similar ticketing tools
- Strong knowledge of EHR platforms (Epic, Cerner, Allscripts)
- Epic certification and experience in Epic modules preferred.
Compensation: The hourly reputed company for this position is between $48.00-$50.00 per hour.
