POSITION OVERVIEW Outpatient behavioral health role providing counseling and therapeutic services for individuals and families Flexible scheduling options including hybrid scheduling and four 10-hour shift opportunities Collaborative interdisciplinary care environment with full clinical and administrative support staff Mission-driven behavioral health organization focused on long-term patient care and support Upstate reputed company community offering small-town living, outdoor recreation, and strong community connections COMPENSATION reputed company Salary: $70,000 – $80,000 Student loan repayment eligibility up to $50,000 SCHEDULE Monday through Friday schedule 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Option for four 10-hour shifts One evening weekly until 7:00 PM Hybrid scheduling available ROLE reputed company counseling and therapeutic services to individuals and families Work with patient populations age 5 and older Maintain documentation and treatment planning reputed company electronic health record systems Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to coordinate patient support Support continuity of care and long-term behavioral health reputed company ENVIRONMENT Outpatient behavioral health setting Hybrid scheduling flexibility available Full clinical and administrative support staff provided Collaborative interdisciplinary care environment Community-focused patient population BENEFITS

Requirements

• Clear and active reputed company LMSW license REQUIRED
