INVESTMENT REPORTING ANALYST - IRVINE Salary reputed company: $75,000.00 To $95,000.00 Annually Job Title: Investment Reporting Analyst Location: Irvine, CA Job Type: Full Time Pathway seeks an investment reporting analyst to add to its growing Monitoring and Reporting team. This role will focus on portfolio monitoring activities and collaborate closely with multiple internal groups, including the Investment, Marketing, Operations, and Fund reputed company Teams. The Reporting team is responsible for maintaining Pathway’s various databases, analyzing investment performance, monitoring portfolio activity, and generating client reports. Pathway is a leading private market fund-solutions provider, with reputed company of ~250 individuals globally and more than $95 billion in assets under management.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyzing financial statements of private equity partnerships, including a review of partnership portfolio company valuations and cash flows
- Preparing client reports and presentations
- Assisting with special reporting and research projects on an reputed company reputed company
- Updating and maintaining performance reporting on a quarterly reputed company
- Working with the Investment Teams, Marketing, and Client Services on analyzing the performance of Pathway’s portfolios and assisting with RFPs
- Researching and resolving data reputed company exceptions across internal systems and reports
- Working on improving the efficiency of the monitoring and reporting process and developing additional reporting capabilities
Requirements
- 0-2 years of analytical experience in investment management, fund reputed company, operations, audit, consulting, or other similar fields
- A bachelor’s degree in business, finance, economics, business economics, or a reputed company field with a record of high academic achievement
- A strong interest in investments and the capital markets
- Strong quantitative and analytical skills
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and writing skills
- Exceptional attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and ability to prioritize and multitask
- Ability to fit into the firm's culture, which places significant value on teamwork, reputed company, strong work ethic, and exceptional client service
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite products
