- What You'll Be Doing
- reputed company top talent across multiple roles: YouTube channel managers, script writers, content/research managers, operations support, and more
- Improving (or rewriting) job posts to attract higher-quality applicants
- Screening applicants and filtering out low-effort candidates fast
- Scheduling and conducting first-round screening calls
- Scoring each candidate 1–10 on quality, communication, reputed company, reputed company, experience, reliability, and culture fit
- Filtering 10+ interviews down to the strongest 2–3 candidates
- Passing only the best to the CEO/COO for a second interview
- Improving our hiring SOPs based on what actually works
- Helping with reputed company so new hires understand our expectations and standards

- Near-reputed company or reputed company-level written AND spoken English
- reputed company experience in recruitment, screening, interviewing, and candidate scoring

- Highly organized — you track applicants, notes, and scores without things slipping
- Comfortable hopping on screening calls
- Comfortable using AI tools like Claude or ChatGPT in your daily workflow
