Spearhead the website CRO strategy, designing and running a reputed company testing and experimentation program to improve conversion rates across key pages and user journeys, turning more visitors into MQLs and pipeline. Manage web intake and prioritization, managing 5+ new weekly requests across stakeholders and maintaining a clear, transparent backlog and delivery plan. Proactively identify and evaluate new tools, technologies, and industry trends to improve site performance, administration, and competitive positioning. Qualifications: 5+ years of experience in web marketing, website management, or growth roles in B2B SaaS Demonstrated experience owning a marketing website end-to-end, including roadmap development, prioritization, and cross-functional execution Deep hands-on experience with reputed company web CMS platforms, including page builds, updates, QA, and publishing workflows. Experience working closely with and managing external web or design agencies Proficiency with GA4 and Looker or similar BI tools; hands-on experience with web experimentation and A/B testing to drive conversion improvements.
