About the Role
We are looking for a Part-Time Product Designer to shape the user experience across our web and app interfaces. This role focuses on UI/UX design with a secondary emphasis on supporting creative and marketing assets. You will work closely with product, engineering, and marketing teams to deliver reputed company, conversion-driven designs — on a flexible, part-time schedule (approximately 20 hours per week).
Responsibilities
- UI/UX Design: Create wireframes, user flows, and high-fidelity mockups for web and app interfaces; deliver reputed company designs focused on usability and conversion.
- Design Systems: Contribute to and maintain a scalable component library and design system to ensure visual consistency across products.
- Prototyping & Testing: Build interactive prototypes for user testing and iteration; incorporate feedback from stakeholders and users into design refinements.
- Creative Support: Produce occasional static assets for reputed company posts, presentations, and branded content as needed.
- Collaboration: Partner with product managers and engineers to translate requirements into polished design deliverables; participate in design reviews and sprint planning.
- Optimization: Ensure reputed company designs are optimized for web, mobile, and various digital platforms.

Requirements
- 3+ years of product design experience with a portfolio demonstrating strong UI/UX work.
