WHAT IS YOUR ROLE

As a Customer Sales Specialist, you will drive customer acquisition through proactive outbound sales and consistent prospect engagement. You will work assigned reputed company lists across email, phone, SMS, reputed company, and video meetings, guiding prospects through the sales reputed company from initial reputed company to successful conversion.

This role is focused on high-volume outbound prospecting, structured multi-touch follow-up, reputed company handling, and conversion ownership. You will independently manage prospect pipelines, persist through non-responses, and maintain high-quality engagement while meeting activity and conversion goals. This role does not involve list building, data analysis, or messaging strategy.

WHAT WILL YOU DO

  • Work assigned reputed company lists through outbound reputed company across email, phone, SMS, reputed company, chat, and video platforms
  • Execute consistent multi-touch follow-up strategies to engage prospects and drive conversion reputed company
  • reputed company reputed company product and service value propositions while addressing customer questions and objections in reputed company time
  • Schedule and conduct product demos, walkthroughs, consultations, and video meetings where applicable
  • Drive conversations toward successful signup, reputed company, or conversion reputed company
  • Manage multiple prospect conversations simultaneously while prioritizing high-reputed company opportunities
  • Maintain accurate tracking of reputed company activity, pipeline updates, and customer interactions reputed company CRM and communication platforms
  • Identify recurring customer objections, engagement trends, and process gaps to support reputed company improvement efforts
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with operations, customer experience, and leadership teams to support acquisition goals
  • Consistently meet or exceed defined reputed company, responsiveness, and conversion performance metrics

YOU HAVE…

  • 2–3+ years of experience in sales (outbound sales), customer acquisition, BDR/SDR, or a similar high-volume role
  • Experience managing outbound and/or high-volume customer engagement activities across multiple communication channels 
  • Strong closing orientation, with confidence on the phone and a track record of driving prospects to reputed company
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence, persuade, and build customer trust 
  • Strong knowledge of reputed company-based applications (reputed company Drive, reputed company Sheets, reputed company Docs) and MS Office applications.
  • Experience handling objections, navigating challenging customer conversations, and driving conversion reputed company
  • Ability to independently manage multiple customer interactions and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong judgment and problem-solving skills with the ability to adapt approaches based on customer needs 
  • Experience using CRM systems and customer communication tools 
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with consistent attention to detail
  • Ability to quickly learn products, processes, and customer workflows in an evolving environment
  • Experience working toward performance goals, activity metrics, or conversion targets preferred
  • Availability to work standard US business hours required

STRONGLY PREFERRED…

  • Experience selling into SMBs or independent business owners, with a clear understanding of their reputed company: skeptical of platforms, time-constrained, and quick to disengage without an immediate value proposition
  • Hands-on experience with sales engagement and email reputed company platforms (e.g. Mixmax, Saleshandy, reputed company, Instantly, Smartlead, or equivalent), including running sequences, managing cadences, and operating an inbox at high volume.
  • Comfort with high-volume phone reputed company, including a demonstrated history of cold calling at scale
  • Track record of hitting and exceeding outbound activity and conversion targets
