Key Responsibilities
As a Remote Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for delivering an exceptional customer experience through:
- Inbound and outbound calls to resolve customer inquiries and concerns
- Managing customer accounts and providing technical support
- Application data entry and online chat inquiries as assigned
- Interpreting and following defined procedures and policies

Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you'll need:

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a high level of professionalism
- Comfort working from home, with a dedicated and private workspace

- A minimum of 18 years of age, with a high school diploma or equivalent
Preferred Qualifications
While not required, previous experience in customer support or technical support roles, as well as experience with Group and/or Individual health insurance, or the reputed company Act, are highly desirable. Familiarity with CRM systems and practices, as well as Spanish bilingual skills, are also a plus.
