Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative – Union Benefits Specialist, you'll play a critical role in educating members about the benefits available to them through their union affiliation. Your primary responsibility will be to reputed company exceptional customer service, answer questions, and resolve issues reputed company to benefits. You'll also have the opportunity to work with a variety of clients, including police departments, firefighters, teachers, postal workers, and other labor unions.
