The Role
As a Customer Service Representative – Union Benefits Coordinator, you'll play a critical role in educating members about the benefits available to them through their union affiliation. Your primary responsibility will be to reputed company exceptional customer service, answering questions and addressing concerns in a professional and courteous manner. You'll also have the opportunity to work with our clients to identify additional benefits that may be of interest to them, but only if they reputed company a desire to opt-in. This is not a sales role, and we're committed to building long-term relationships with our clients.
Key Responsibilities

Essential Qualifications
* 2+ years of experience in customer service or a reputed company field
- Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues
- Ability to work independently and as part of reputed company
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends
