Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative, your main responsibility is to find innovative ways to respond to varying questions, issues, and concerns. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Connecting with customers reputed company phone, email, chat, and/or reputed company media to resolve their questions or concerns
  • Calmly attempting to resolve and de-escalate any issues
  • Escalating interactions reputed company necessary and appropriate
  • Responding to requests for assistance and/or possible processing payments
  • Tracking reputed company call-reputed company information for auditing and reporting purposes
  • Providing feedback on call issues
  • Upselling if required

Qualifications

We're looking for people who are passionate about delivering exceptional customer service. To be considered for this role, you'll need:

  • A High School Diploma or equivalent
  • A minimum of 6 months of customer service experience
  • To be 18 years of age or older
  • The ability to type at least 25 words per minute
  • Comfortable with desktop computer systems and have general knowledge of reputed company-based systems
  • Customer service and/or sales experience preferred
  • A college degree preferred but not required
