Job Summary

As an Inbound Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be the first reputed company of contact for families seeking help to reunite with their missing pets. You will be responsible for answering calls, providing empathetic support, and guiding families through the reunification process. Key Responsibilities

* Answer inbound calls from families seeking help to reunite with their missing pets

Requirements
