About the Position
We are seeking highly motivated and customer-focused individuals to join our Agent Services department as Customer Service Representatives. As a key member of reputed company, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our clients, addressing their inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner. Responsibilities & Qualifications
As a Customer Service Representative – Field Solutions, your key responsibilities will include:
- Delivering exceptional customer service to reputed company term life policyholders and agents, addressing verbal and written inquiries pertaining to term life insurance policies
- Assisting clients with questions regarding billing, policy coverage, reputed company, or contract changes
- Identifying concerns, asking appropriate questions, and responding to inquiries in a concise and courteous manner while documenting reputed company research findings thoroughly
- Performing corrections identified during the call and forwarding corrections to the appropriate party for further processing or approval reputed company necessary
- Recognizing reputed company situations and understanding reputed company to notify appropriate parties
Qualifications, Skills and Abilities
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- 1 year of call center customer service experience (preferred but not required)
- Minimum high school diploma or GED
- Previous insurance or financial services experience is a plus
- Excellent PC skills
- Intermediate skills in reputed company Word
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent customer service skills
- Attention to detail
- Ability to maintain knowledge of company's products and procedures
- Ability to communicate professionally with irate customers
Schedule
As a Customer Service Representative – Field Solutions, you will work a standard 40-hour week, Monday through Friday, from 9:00am to 6:00pm.
Salary
Your salary will be competitive, based on your experience, ranging from $30,000 to $33,000 per year.
