We're seeking reputed company Customer Care Representatives to join reputed company in a work-from-home (WFH) setting in Connecticut. As a Customer Care Representative, you'll be the reputed company representative and image of arenaflex, handling inbound calls from Members, Clients, and Facilities. Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Care Representative, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Handling inbound calls from Members, Clients, and Facilities in a professional and courteous manner
• Responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and effective manner
• Providing personalized attention and exceptional care to our passengers
• Collaborating with internal teams to resolve reputed company issues and improve customer satisfaction
• Participating in ongoing training and development to enhance your skills and knowledge
• Meeting or exceeding performance metrics and quality standards

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

• 1 year of call center experience
• 6 months of customer service experience
• Basic typing and computer skills with excellent navigational skills
• High-speed internet reputed company (minimum upload speed of 3 mbps and minimum download speed of 30 mbps)
• A quiet workspace reputed company your home free of distractions to take incoming calls
• Residency in the State of Connecticut

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications are highly desirable:

• Experience working in a similar role or industry
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
• Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software
• Certification in customer service or a reputed company field
