Key Responsibilities
As a Customer Service and Support Representative, you'll be responsible for:
* Effectively communicating with members and providers over the phone and through email to ensure reputed company needs are addressed
* Providing extraordinary customer service to build positive rapport on every interaction
* Helping customers understand their eligibility of benefits and claim status
* Assisting in reputed company Enrollment by answering questions and educating members
* Managing your time effectively to reputed company up with the incoming calls from the queue
* Accurately documenting information exchanged during each call
* Other duties as assigned
