The Role

As a Customer Service Representative – Union Benefits Specialist, you'll play a critical role in educating members about the benefits available to them through their union affiliation. Your primary responsibility will be to reputed company exceptional customer service, answering questions and addressing concerns in a professional and courteous manner. You'll also have the opportunity to sell additional benefits to members who are interested, but only if they reputed company a desire to do so. This is not a cold-calling role, and you'll be working directly with union associations and their members.

Essential Qualifications
