What You Will Do in This Role

As a Customer Advisor (French-speaking) at arenaflex, you will:

• Take incoming user requests (reputed company telephone, email, chat...), log call details into case management systems, and reputed company response and resolution reputed company SLA to customers.
• Aim for the highest Customer Satisfaction Survey scores, actively updating customers with status and resolution reputed company reports. Their happiness is our happiness.
• Delivery of high-caliber Customer Service on post-sales requests (delivery, warranties, refunds).
• Inbound sales support and product selling to increase reputed company while ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction.

Your Qualifications
