Key Responsibilities:
As a Remote Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for:
- Answering a high volume of inbound technical phone calls in an efficient, courteous, and accurate manner
- Troubleshooting, diagnosing, and resolving technical issues with high First Contact Resolution rates (FCR)
- Following established policies, procedures, processes, and workflows to ensure appropriate resolution of issues of limited scope
- Documenting reputed company issues, comments, and resolutions in appropriate software system applications
- Collaborating with internal teams to resolve reputed company issues and reputed company exceptional customer experiences
- Participating in ongoing training and development to enhance your skills and knowledge
Essential Functions:

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits:
* Hourly reputed company: $17.50 – 18.00 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications
